Białystok is the capital of Podlaskie — the northernmost Polish region bordering Belarus and Lithuania. Industrially it's an area with a tradition of agricultural engineering, woodworking and the food industry. For an integrator it's a lower-priority PL market, but with several segments where technical competence has application.
Pronar Narew — agricultural machinery and trailers
Pronar in Narew (35 km south of Białystok) is the largest Polish manufacturer of agricultural trailers, wheeled machines and municipal equipment. For an integrator it's a classic Central European engineering segment with its own engineering department and gradual modernisation of production processes — robotic welding cells (FANUC, KUKA), automated paint shop, MES tracking of every machine with individual genealogy.
Our specialisation in robotic integration (KUKA, ABB, FANUC, Yaskawa, Universal Robots) and Sondermaschinenbau (special-purpose machines for assembly fixtures) has natural application here.
Sokółka Okna i Drzwi — Poland's largest window and door manufacturer
Sokółka in Sokółka (40 km north of Białystok) is Poland's largest manufacturer of wooden and aluminium windows and doors for the residential and commercial segments. For an integrator it's a woodworking process with high automation — CNC machining centres via Homag or Weinig, automated paint shop, conveyor systems.
Maspex Tymbark — beverage holding
Maspex (Tymbark, Kubuś, Caprio) has distribution and packaging capacities in Podlaskie for the Central European market. For an integrator it's the FMCG beverage segment with typical traits — high packaging automation (PET bottles, cartoning lines, palletisers), pressure equipment for CO2 (mandatory UDT), and sanitary food environment via HACCP audit.
Drosed Drobiarnia — Poland's largest poultry producer
Drosed is Poland's largest chicken producer with production capacities in Podlaskie. For an integrator it's the food process industry with HACCP-compliant environment, refrigeration infrastructure (precise temperature control), and high-throughput packaging automation.
Konsorcjum Stali Bielsk Podlaski — steel structures
Konsorcjum Stali in Bielsk Podlaski produces steel structures for construction and industry. For an integrator it's mid-heavy industry with automated welding, dimensional inspection via 3D laser scanning, and precise MES integration for the genealogy of structural nodes.
Our commuting relationship
From Prešov 8 hours by car — comparable to Wrocław or Poznań. For Białystok we work Monday-to-Friday mode with accommodation. For quick site visits by air via KSC → WAW and then 200 km by car to Białystok (point-to-point about 6 hours).
Conclusion
Białystok and the broader Podlaskie geography are for us a moderately distant PL market with lower industrial concentration. We're actively looking for the first client via Pronar Narew, Sokółka Okna, or Drosed Drobiarnia. For first contracts we offer references from our Slovak portfolio in robotic integration and FMCG automation.
