This site presents the services of MP Industrial Solutions s. r. o. and lets prospective clients reach out. By using the site you agree to the terms below. These terms do not create a service contract — that arises only from a separate written agreement between you and us.
Content and IP
Text, photos, code, 3D models and the overall design are copyrighted. Without our written permission you may not copy, redistribute or use them commercially. Short quotations with attribution are fine.
No binding offers
Prices, scope and timelines mentioned on the site are indicative. A binding offer is sent only after a joint project specification. The site does not constitute a public offer to contract under Slovak commercial law.
Limitation of liability
The site contains technical content on industry, energy, automation and IT that may not apply or be current in a specific case. Consult us before a concrete investment decision. We are not liable for damage from acting on general site content without consultation.
AI assistant
The chat widget uses a local model (Qwen 2.5, on our own infrastructure). Answers are indicative and may contain inaccuracies. For binding answers use email or phone. We do not permanently store conversations, though session logs may exist during a session.
Governing law and venue
Use of this site is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Any dispute falls under the general court of competent venue per the Slovak Civil Procedure Code, or the court of our registered seat.

We may update these terms unilaterally. The current version is always available at this URL with the revision date in the header.
