Frankfurt is the EU's financial centre — seat of the European Central Bank, the largest internet hub in continental Europe (FRA1 to FRA12 data centres, DE-CIX), Sanofi Frankfurt-Höchst (the EU's largest pharma campus), Opel Rüsselsheim (Stellantis production), Daimler Buses Mannheim. For an integrator Hesse is a market where the primary work is for Frankfurt and its surroundings — and for Wiesbaden itself only to the extent the city administration gives.
Frankfurt as the EU's most important data centre hub
Frankfurt is objectively the most important data centre hub in continental Europe. DE-CIX, Telia, NTT, Equinix FR-line — all have their primary sites in Frankfurt or its immediate surroundings (Kelsterbach, Eschborn, Hattersheim). In Frankfurt in 2025 we delivered `ai-agent-firm-insurance` — for an insurance company we built an AI agent firm (LangGraph orchestration, vLLM serving, Qdrant vector database, Unsloth fine-tuning). That's primarily the `software-ai` pillar, but infrastructurally it leaned on the Frankfurt-based hyperscale cloud geography (AWS eu-central-1, Azure West Europe). This project positions us in Hesse primarily for AI and software clients, not for the traditional industrial tier.
For the `data centres` pillar (DCIM via EcoStruxure IT, fibre backbone CommScope or Corning, UPS Eaton 93PM, rear-door HX cooling) Frankfurt is a segment dominated by local integrators (Adesso, Cancom, Telekom IT) and hyperscale specialists (Equinix in-house teams, NTT in-house). Sanofi and the chemical-pharma cluster — peripherally reachable
Sanofi Frankfurt-Höchst is the largest pharmaceutical campus in the EU. For full-scope pharmaceutical production we don't operate — that's a segment dominated by specialised integrators with GMP-layered expertise (Optima Pharma, Bosch Packaging, Syntegon). For peripheral work packages (administrative fit-outs, IT cabling for R&D zones, mechanical subassembly service) we're deliverable.
Opel Rüsselsheim — Stellantis production
Opel in Rüsselsheim (15 km from Wiesbaden) produces the Mokka and Astra under Stellantis. For `industry + automation` (Sondermaschinenbau, robotic integration, MES rollout) we're typologically close — our references from the Krauss-Maffei world document the injection-assembly know-how. The path to Opel-Rüsselsheim runs via the Stellantis audited supplier register, which is for us a typologically reachable but long-term investment.
Boehringer Ingelheim — biotech R&D as an entry point

For Wiesbaden itself as a city geography (capital of Hesse, city administration, several mid-sized industrial subjects) we don't have a concrete delivered project. What we have is the 2025 Frankfurt project (`ai-agent-firm-insurance`) — Frankfurt am Main is 40 km east, which from the commuting geography perspective is essentially the same for a Slovak integrator as Wiesbaden itself. For a new Wiesbaden demand we can come with the reference from neighbouring Frankfurt and from the broader German market.
HBO + BetrSichV + DGUV V3
Building decisions in Hesse follow Hessische Bauordnung (HBO). The Frankfurt data centre segment has its specific regulatory layer — VdS-Schadenverhütung (fire protection for server zones), TÜV Hessen audit for UPS and cooling systems, plus Hessenenergiegesetz for energy efficiency (PUE target under 1.3 for new builds). Electrical installations follow VDE 0100, inspections DGUV V3, operational safety BetrSichV.
